Diver Specialty

Boat diving is fun but feel confident that you know what you are doing even if you have already logged lots of boat dives. This course can add a new dimension to your diving.
The PADI Boat Diver Specialty course teaches you:-
About the different types of boats used around the world
About the boats available in the local area
Entry and exit procedures and what to consider when deciding which method to use
Boat etiquette, do's and don't's and stowing your kit
Use of boat descent lines
Basic boat safety equipment
How long will it take?
Approximately 12 hours split between home study/classroom work and open water dives.
2 Open Water dives.
This specialty can be taken by any Open Water or Junior Open Water divers.
